1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LuxeHome's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on LuxeHome's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

4. Inclusive Pricing & Showroom-Direct Payments

All listed product prices on Maison are established directly by the verified showroom partners and are fully inclusive of GST. No hidden taxes, platform booking fees, or extra commission surcharges are added by Maison at checkout. Because Maison is a curated mediator directory, we do not collect payments or process credit transactions. All secure payments, UPI bank transfers, and invoicing terms must be finalized directly with the verified showroom vendor during your WhatsApp order coordination.

5. Shipping & Delivery Mediation

Maison is a curated luxury furniture mediator directory platform and does not control, operate, or provide direct logistics or shipping services. All shipping, packing, regional freight costs, delivery timelines, and logistics agreements are negotiated and established directly between the buyer and the verified showroom vendor. Maison shall not be held liable for delivery delays, transit damage, or shipping carrier failures.

6. Showroom Returns & Refunds

Because all sales, payments, and invoices are executed directly with individual verified brick-and-mortar showrooms, return policies, refund windows, and exchange agreements are subject to the specific business terms of the selected showroom partner. Maison serves strictly in a mediator support capacity to assist with communication resolution.

7. Limitation of Liability

LuxeHome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
